Erika has been working in the pornography indsutry for years now, making adult films that cater to both male and female desires. In her attempts to revolutionise the way we look at pornography Erika says that more women need to get behind the camera.

"I don't want to get women out of porn, I want to get women into porn".

This week we're talking about the Facebook Feminist, Caitlin Winner.

Caitlin was only a few weeks into her job as Facebook's managing designer when she noticed something that didn't quite sit well with her. She noticed a woman who literally had a chip on her shoulder and she decided to do something about it.
